Eggless Cookie Dough 2 More Ways

A few months ago, I finally cracked on the no-eating-cookie-dough-while-pregnant front. I spent some time in the kitchen turning my favorite cookie recipes into eggless, pregnancy-safe versions, which you can find in this post (Eggless Cookie Dough 3 Ways). I was happy – the sugar cookie, chocolate chip, and oatmeal raisin sated my dough needs for a while, but recently, I made some double chocolate chip cookies and realized that I needed to hit the kitchen again.
And so I give you these two new additions to my eggless cookie dough repertoire: pumpkin spice chocolate chip

And double chocolate chip:

The pumpkin spice is adapted from my favorite pumpkin cookie recipe: these Soft and Chewy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies from Averie Cooks. I can’t recommend these enough – so if you’re looking for baking cookies, these are the ones. The Double Chocolate Chip is adapted from my double chocolate chip cookie recipe – one of my favorites on the whole blog!

Can you bake the eggless cookie recipes? Or are they just for eating? My son has an egg allergy so I like to work woth eggless recipes. I made the regular chocolate choc chip and they were fantastic! Thanks!
I’ve never tried these ones baked as is. I would think they’d be too flat without the egg. If you’re looking for some good recipes, you might try this list: http://www.egglesscooking.com/eggless-baking-recipes/eggless-cookies/. This lady has tested all of them and says they turn out great!
