These greek yogurt pancakes from Creme de la Crumb are moist and filling due to the added protein power of greek yogurt. They’re easy to make, and a great start to a day! We loved the texture, which is light and fluffy in spite of the nutritional value. The flavor is perfect, and we are loving this new guilt-free breakfast option!

They’re delicious with berries, syrup, butter, peanut butter, coconut, or, I would imagine, just about anything you could think of. One nice thing is that these have no sweetener at all, so their flavor is neutral. This means that you could also pair them with ham or bacon or eggs!

Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Greek yogurt adds a protein boost to these delicious pancakes.

  • Greek Yogurt Pancakes
  • 1 ½ cups flour I use whole wheat
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk


  • Mix all ingredients together. Pour in 1/4 cup amounts onto griddle or frying pan. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip pancakes. Serves 4.
