uncooked rice

can diced tomatoes

salsa

can pinto beans
rinsed and drained

can corn
rinsed and drained
toppings
Instructions
In a rice cooker, combine the rice, water, tomatoes, and salsa. Allow the rice cooker to cook until done.
Serve the rice mixture topped with beans, corn, and desired toppings.

Notes
To shake things up, consider changing out your beans. We've done this with black beans and kidney beans, and both tasted great!
