Korean Beef and Veggies

Sweet, fiery Korean bulgogi sauce on ground beef and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cups frozen stir-fry veggies
  • cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in frying pan.
  • Add stir fry veggies and fry until cooked.
  • Add brown sugar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Fry ground beef and veggies in sauce for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve over warm rice.
