Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Greek yogurt adds a protein boost to these delicious pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt Pancakes
  • 1 ½ cups flour I use whole wheat
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Pour in 1/4 cup amounts onto griddle or frying pan. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip pancakes. Serves 4.
