Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup picante sauce
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Form the mixture into 6 loaves.
  • Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 165°.
  • Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
