This is really just a festive take on the base two-ingredient fudge recipe. This discovery has been one of my favorites, because it is basically fail-proof and whips up pretty darn fast.

Regular chocolate two-ingredient fudge can take hours to set up, but white chocolate fudge takes more like 30-45 minutes. Why? Well, the melted white chocolate chips are create a thicker mixture, and this will already begin to harden when you add the sweetened condensed milk. If you put it in the fridge, you can have as much decadent fudge as you’d like in just about an hour.

The first time I tried this, I was worried about melting the sprinkles. When I’ve tried to add sprinkles to things like Rice Krispie treats, they turn into a colorful mess that can get kinda gross looking after a few stirs. No such problem here. The sweetened condensed milk lowers the temperature of the melted chocolate enough that you can mix those sprinkles in almost immediately without worrying about melting!

I know this post specifically references Valentine’s Day, since that’s where we are in the year, but this could so easily be adapted to any and all holidays by just changing the sprinkles. You could even add a touch of food coloring at the same time as the sweetened condensed milk if you wanted to tint the base. I’m thinking this would look fabulous on a Christmas cookie plate with the right sprinkles!
