Simple and Savory Pulled Chicken
I hope you fall in love with this easy crockpot pulled chicken so I don’t have to be the only one :). This recipe is pretty much a dump ‘n go, but the flavor and tenderness you get makes it seem like you spent hours on it. Oh, and there’s only four ingredients, so there’s that too.
This chicken is so versatile – the original recipe my mom makes has you make these little slider sandwiches with it, but I’ve literally never done that. Instead, I’ve served it on top of salads, in casseroles, with rice, and by itself. It’s both healthy and satisfying, a simple meal full of flavor with a minimum of work!
