Slow-Cooker Chicken Fajitas
Okay, so they’re not the prettiest food. I spent forever trying to make these puppies look nice, and then realized, why? Slow cooker chicken fajitas are delicious, healthy, simple, fast, and basically an all-around solid food. Looks aren’t everything, guys.
I think I was trying to communicate visually how amazing your taste buds will find these. I love them because I usually have everything in my fridge/cupboard and my husband’s face lights up with joy when he comes in the door and smells them. It’s a super simple way to feed your family frugally, while sacrificing nothing in the taste department.
