I learned to make this soup in 8th grade home economics back at Poolesville Middle School in Maryland. I couldn’t eat enough of it – the broth is one of my absolute favorite foods around. It’s so wonderfully savory with just the right balance of spices – my mouth is watering just thinking about it! This has been a staple all the way through college because of its ease, cheapness, and freezability. Definitely a winner in my book!
No process pictures this time, since the process is to just let everything boil until the flavors get to know each other. We tend to pair this meal with Quick ‘n Easy Biscuits. Happy eating!
