Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili
A warm, comforting chili perfect for long winter days!
Servings: 6
- Slow-Cooker White Chicken Chili
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 can white or great northern beans
- 1 packet white chicken chili seasoning
- 4 cups water
Place all ingredients in slow-cooker. Allow to cook for 6-8 hours on high or 4-5 hours on low. Remove chicken from slow-cooker.
Shred chicken and return to slow-cooker.
Serve with cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
