Ingredients

  • 1 ΒΌ cups four
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp water

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a quart or larger Ziploc bag.
  • Pour batter on griddle or pan and cook until both sides are golden.
