Oatmeal Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with tangy cranberries and crunchy walnuts!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup cranberries
  • ½ cup finely chopped walnuts
  • ½ dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat together everything except cranberries, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
  • Add in cranberries, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
  • Drop by rounded spoonfuls on a greased or lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.

Notes

You can exchange the dark chocolate chips for semi-sweet, milk, or white to change up the flavor of the cookies!
