Fluffy German Pancake

Light, fluffy, and totally decadent, this easy breakfast makes up in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Place butter in a 9x13 pan and put in oven to melt.
  • Beat eggs, then add salt, flour, and milk and stir.
  • Pour egg mixture into melted butter and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately!

Notes

German pancakes are delicious topped with syrup, powdered sugar, nutella, or berries!
