- 12 oz broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 pkg ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 2.5 oz bacon bits
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350°.
Steam broccoli and cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain egg noodles.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bacon bits, 1 cup of shredded cheese, drained egg noodles, and steamed broccoli. Add the sour cream mixture and stir until well combined.
Scoop chicken mixture into casserole dish. Use spatula to smooth, then sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Casserole is done when the cheese on top is golden brown and bubbly.
