Ingredients
12ozground beef
2cupsbroccoli
1Tbsplow-sodium soy sauce
1tspgarlic powder
1/4-1/2tspcrushed red pepper flakes
2Tbspolive oil
¼tspcurry powder
Instructions
Steam broccoli
In a pan, brown ground beef.
Add broccoli and olive oil and stirfry for 1-2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper flakes, and curry powder.
Continue to stiry fry for 1-2 minutes more.
Serve.
Notes
94% ground beef is recommended (that's what we had to use on the diet). A serving of ground beef is 6 oz, and a broccoli serving is 1 cup, if you need that for serving purposes!
