In a bowl, proof yeast in warm water.
In large mixing bowl, mix together oil and sugar.
Add milk and cold water to mixing bowl and mix together.
Add yeast mixture to milk mixture and stir.
Add flour cup by cup, mixing in.
Knead using dough hook for 10 minutes or until dough is elastic.
Turn dough out onto floured surface and split into two.
Roll out each section into a rectangle, then spread with cinnamon chips.
Roll up each rectangle, then form into a loaf.
Place into greased loaf pan and allow to rise for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes, then drop temperature and bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes.
