Applesauce Snack Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 pkg mix
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup oil
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp allspice

Topping

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients for cake.
  • Pour into greased 9x9 pan.
  • Mix together all ingredients for topping.
  • Sprinkle topping evenly over cake.
  • Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
