Easy Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed vegetables
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Soy sauce to taste can also use teriyaki sauce to change up the flavor
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Grease deep frying pan or wok with olive oil. Chop chicken into cubes, then cook with spices until chicken is white all through.
  • Add steamed vegetables and sauté.
  • Add cooked rice and mix well with vegetables and chicken.
  • In a small container, beat egg, then add to rice, vegetables and chicken.
  • Mix thoroughly and allow to cook.
  • Remove from heat and add soy sauce to taste.
