Mile-High Biscuits
Light and fluffy biscuits with a buttery flavor!

Ingredients

flour

Tbsp
baking powder

Tbsp
sugar

tsp
salt
⅔
cup
cold butter

cups
milk
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead until dough becomes elastic and soft, about 15 times.
Roll out dough to 1" thickness and cut into circles.
Bake at 425° for 10-15 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
Notes
You can skip the kneading and cutting steps and drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto baking sheet for drop biscuits.
