Buttercream Frosting

shortening
¼
cup
butter
1-2
Tbsp
milk

vanilla

powdered sugar
Instructions
Cookie Cake
Beat together shortening, butter, eggs, vanilla, and sugars.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Add in chocolate chips.
Press dough into a greased and floured heart-shaped pan.
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Wait until cake is completely cooled to remove from pan and frost.
Buttercream Frosting
Beat together butter and shortening until fluffy.
Add powdered sugar and mix together.
Add milk 1/2 Tbsp at a time until frosting reaches desired consistency.
Using a Wilton 1M tip, pipe frosting around the edge of the cake. Top with sprinkles.
