Slow Cooker Olive Garden Copycat Zuppa Toscana
A super simple way to enjoy the Olive Garden classic at home!

- ½ bag frozen hashbrowns
- 1 lb browned Italian sausage
- 5 ½ cups water
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cups chopped kale
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 diced onion
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup evaporated milk
Put all ingredients except kale and evaporated milk in the crockpot.
Allow to cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
30 minutes before serving, add in kale and milk and allow to cook.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
