Oven Baked Rice
A super easy way to get fluffy, perfect rice without a rice cooker.

Servings: 8
- 2 cups white rice
- 4 cups water or other liquid
- mix-ins as desired
Boil water.
Pour rice evenly into bottom of a 9x13.
Cover rice with water, then cover baking dish with foil.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
Allow to cool, then fluff rice with a fork.
Change your liquid, or add in spices, vegetables, or fruit to make different rice flavors!
