Soft Sugar Cookies
Soft, chew sugar cookies that taste like they came from the bakery!
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter or margarine
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- ¾ tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt and mix well.
- Roll into balls and flatten. Refrigerate for 30 min to 1 hour.
- Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.
