Brown Sugar Cinnamon Rolls
Fluffy rolls with gooey cinnamon filling and sweet powdered sugar glaze!

Ingredients
Rolls

pkg yeast

water

milk
¼
cup
sugar

egg
¼
cup
butter or margarine

flour
Filling

Tbsp
butter or margarine
melted
1

brown sugar
1
Tbsp
cinnamon
Glaze
1
cup
powdered sugar

milk
Instructions
Heat water and milk to between 105° and 115°.
Place water, milk, yeast, and sugar in a mixing bowl and allow to proof (5 minutes).
Add egg and butter and mix well. Add flour in 1/2 cup increments until dough begins to clean the sides of the bowl.
Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead until soft and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 60-90 minutes.
Turn dough out onto floured surface and roll into rectangle.
Spread melted butter over rectangle.
Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough.
Roll dough tightly lengthwise. Cut into twelve sections.
Place rolls in greased 9x13. Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix 1 Tbsp milk with powdered sugar. Add milk until glaze reaches the correct consistency.
Drizzle over baked rolls.
