Bread Bears
Fluffy dinner roll dough you can use to decorate and create fun bread animals!

- 1 pkg yeast
- ¼ cup water
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup butter
- 3 1/4-3 ½ cups flour
Heat milk and water to 105°-110°.
Add yeast and wait 5 minutes for yeast to proof.
Mix in milk, sugar, salt, egg, butter, and flour. Dough should be slightly sticky.
Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead for 3-5 minutes, until dough is smooth and elastic.
Place dough in greased bowl. Cover and allow to rise for 1 hour.
Use dough to form bread bears. Place on greased or lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 400° for 13-15 minutes.
