Instructions
Mix together butter, sugar, bananas, lemon juice, and milk.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add chocolate chunks or chips.
Spread batter in greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
Notes
For muffins, bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes. For mini-loaves, bake for at 350° 25-30 minutes.
