Grandma's Best Ever Zucchini Bread

Dense, moist, zucchini bread with a touch of cinnamony sweetness!

Ingredients

Zucchini Bread

  • 1 egg
  • ½ brown sugar
  • ½ granulated sugar
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 cup zucchini grated
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cloves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together egg and sugars.
  • Add zucchini and vanilla and mix well.
  • Add all dry ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
