White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
These white chocolate cranberry cookies are the easiest things in the world. They’re a form of cake mix cookies that are perfect for this time of year. With only five ingredients and basically two steps, these are an easy, cheap, and delicious addition to your holiday baking repertoire.
These are drop cookies that do not need to be chilled. They also only take 8 minutes to bake, so when I say simple, I do mean it. This year is pretty slammed, and I just do not have the time for anything complex. I took a look back at my posts to see what I could throw together for my neighbors this year, and the cake mix cookie post stood out to me.
There are so many holiday flavors, but I settled on white chocolate cranberry, inspired by these white chocolate bliss cookies by Gimme Some Oven. I love the pops of red and white, and the light color of the cookie makes this such a lovely combination — bright, cheery, and just right for the feeling I’m hoping to gift friends and neighbors.
