White Garlic Chicken Pizza
Pizza is probably our number one repeated dinner. Every Friday, like clockwork, I’m in the kitchen whipping up a couple of pizzas for pizza night. And you can beat that neither the two or the four year old will ever let me forget what night it is.
Alex and Faith will only eat pepperoni pizza with nothing else on it, but Dustin and I enjoy experimenting. Something we’ve been liking lately is this White Garlic Chicken Pizza.
It’s the garlic white sauce that really makes this. It’s super flavorful, and actually very versatile. If I have any left over, it’s great on pasta. It’s also very easy to make, so it adds hardly any time to pizza night. I use a ten minute pizza dough from Sugar Dish Me, so from start to finish, pizza night takes about 30 minutes. Faster than delivery!
