Patriotic Parfaits

Patriotic Parfaits | Homan at Home

4th of July is one of my favorite holidays – I LOVE red, white, and blue! These little parfait cups are a fun and festive way to start your 4th right at breakfast time. They take practically no time to throw together, taste so good, and are healthy for you (who doesn’t need more berries in their life?). Oh, and they’re red, white, and blue, just in case you missed that.

I sized these for a half-pint Mason jar, but you can size them up and down by making more or just thicker layers. And don’t feel stuck with the ingredient list. Raspberries or blackberries will work in place of the strawberries and blueberries. These could even be upped to dessert level if you replaced the yogurt with Cool Whip.
