Oatmeal Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies
Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with tangy cranberries and crunchy walnuts!

- 2 cups oats
- ½ cup flour
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ¾ cup cranberries
- ½ cup finely chopped walnuts
- ½ dark chocolate chips
In a bowl, beat together everything except cranberries, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
Add in cranberries, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls on a greased or lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
You can exchange the dark chocolate chips for semi-sweet, milk, or white to change up the flavor of the cookies!
