Add water, sugar, yeast, and 1 cup flour together in a quart or larger zip-top baggie.
Seal the top, then mix the ingredients together.
Let sit for 5 minutes until bubbly, then add oil, salt, and 1 cup flour.
Mix together.
Add last cup of flour, and mix together until well combined.
Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead for 3-5 minutes.
Form into loaf and place in greased loaf pan.
Cover and allow to rise for 30-45 minutes.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
