Cream of Anything Soup
Ingredients

butter or margarine

Instructions
Saute garlic, onions, and main ingredient until onions are translucent.
Add butter, flour, milk, and broth.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened (about 5 minutes).
Salt and pepper to taste.
