- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup strawberry puree
Instructions
- Beat whipping cream into stiff peaks.
- Fold in strawberry puree.
- Spoon into serving bowls, place covered in the fridge, and allow to set for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
Notes
If you want your mousse sweeter, add 2 Tbsp of sugar to the puree before you fold it into the whipped cream.
This makes a very airy mousse. For a heavier texture, beat the whipping cream only until soft peaks form.
