Pepperoni Pita Pizzas

- 4 pitas
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp sugar
- crushed red pepper flakes opt
- pepperoni to top
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
Cover a baking sheet with foil. Place pitas on covered sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together tomato sauce and all spices and sugar.
Spoon tomato sauce over pitas and spread into thin layer.
Top with cheese and pepperonis.
Broil for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
