Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 of the marshmallow creme in one mixing bowl.
Place the white chocolate chips and 1/2 of the marshmallow creme in another mixing bowl.
In a sauce pan, melt 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup heavy cream, and 1/4 cup butter over medium heat.
Bring to a boil and let boil for 3 minutes.
Pour mixture into mixing bowl with semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted and ingredients well mixed.
Flatten semi-sweet fudge into greased 9x9 pan. Use a spoon sprayed with cooking spray to smooth the top of the fudge.
Bring 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup heavy cream, and 1/4 cup butter to a boil over medium heat. Allow to boil for 3 minutes.
Pour mixture into mixing bowl with white chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted and ingredients are well-mixed.
Pour white chocolate fudge over semi-sweet fudge. Use spoon sprayed with cooking spray to smooth the top of the fudge.
Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set.
