Burrito Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 can pinto beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn rinsed and drained
  • toppings

Instructions

  • In a rice cooker, combine the rice, water, tomatoes, and salsa. Allow the rice cooker to cook until done.
  • Serve the rice mixture topped with beans, corn, and desired toppings.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

To shake things up, consider changing out your beans. We've done this with black beans and kidney beans, and both tasted great!
