Overnight Oats
A super simple, healthy breakfast perfect for those on the go!
Servings: 1
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ¼ cup milk
- 6 oz. yogurt - any flavor any type
- ½ cup fruit
- ⅛ cup nuts chia seeds, or flax seeds
In a 1/2 pint mason jar, add all ingredients.
Mix ingredients well, then seal and place in refrigerator at least overnight. Will store for up to one week.
Mix thing up by using greek yogurt, almond (or cashew or coconut) milk, or by varying your fruit combos. This is one breakfast that never gets old!
