Vanilla Buttercream
Servings: 1 13x9 cake
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup Crisco
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Beat butter and Crisco together.
- Add vanilla and mix well.
- Add powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time and mix until well combined. Your frosting will be very thick.
- Add water a little bit at a time until you get the desired consistency. If you scoop some up on a knife, it should fall off with one good shake.
