<\/a><\/p>\n What to say about this recipe? It’s so simple that it feels like not much. But this little powerhouse was probably our most-eaten meal during the 6 Week Challenge, precisely because it’s so simple. We had this one for both lunch and dinner, and it’s still my go-to for a fast and easy meal even though we’re along ways out from our challenge. <\/p>\n Even though turkey taco salad is so simple, it’s really very good. The taco flavoring on the turkey has enough umph to carry the salad part without any dressing. I love pairing pico de gallo with it (with or without the avocado, depending on whether or not I had fats left :)) This throws together in minutes, and is super delicious even when reheated. <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n So yeah, turkey taco salad: an obvious and simple meal.
