That picture is making my mouth water. This was one of my absolute favorite meals from the 6 week challenge. We ate it a couple times a week, both for dinner and lunch, and I never got tired of it. It’s a solid, easy meal that tastes delicious and comes with absolutely no guilt.

The flavor in these comes from the mix of spices and Worcester sauce, which is my new favorite thing. It has practically no calories, but packs a ton of taste into a small amount. We also played around with varying the spices in order to keep things from getting boring. My favorite combination is the one in the recipe below, but feel free to mess around and find your own flavor combos. And if you find a good one, share it in the comments below!

And lastly, in our diet, for lunch you got a carb, a veggie, and a protein, so we used to pair these with lettuce and tomatoes and two slices of Ezekiel bread to make a traditional hamburgers. The dinner version didn’t get a carb, but we got a fat instead, so we subbed the bread for avocado and made bun-less burgers like the one in the picture. This is actually my favorite version because I am solidly on team avocado!
