The flavor is strong, the color is bright (so important, at least for my little ones), and they have a good gummy texture. These are also shelf-stable, so you could double or triple or quadruple this recipe for snacks for the week. If you do store them, make sure to put them in an airtight container!<\/p>\n
This recipe makes about a dozen square gummies. I like to make multiple versions of it in different flavors to sort of mimic fruit snack packets. It only takes a few minutes per flavor, and the kids get a kick out of it!<\/p>\n
I put mine in a bread pan lined with parchment paper to set up. Once they were fully set up, I cut them into squares. If you own a nice mold, that would also be a great place to set these up, with the added bonus of having fun shapes for your homemade gummies \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
