This post is a little different from the usual: it’s from our friends over at Education.com<\/a>! This website is like preschool activity gold. They have activity ideas, free worksheets, and games. I’ve been using their resources to teach Alex for over a year now, so when they reached out and asked if I’d like to feature one of their activities on the blog, it was a solid heck yes!<\/p>\n

And they didn’t disappoint. I’m really excited to share this activity with you, so here goes:<\/p>\n

Tic-tac-toe is tons of fun, but the traditional version can get a little monotonous after a while. This outdoor activity challenges your young learner to match three colors in a row (across, up and down, or diagonal). All you need are three paint sample strips from the hardware store to make your grid and the game is on.<\/p>\n
