What could be better than a giant cookie? It’s soft and chewy, and did I mention, giant?

This is one of my favorite treats, and one that has to be made sparingly because I will eat this whole thing in one sitting if no one is watching me. The cookie ends up more moist than your standard cookie. And then you top it with buttercream, because everything is better topped with buttercream.

Oh yeah. It’s also really easy to make festive for holidays. Just change up the buttercream colors and the sprinkles or press the dough into a different pan shape and there you have it. It cuts and serves easily, which makes it perfect for parties.

And the last, and possibly best part of this is that it bakes up so quickly. A cake takes 20 minutes or so, multiple batches of cookies take you a while to get through, but this whole thing is done is 15 minutes tops. Yet another reason why it’s so dangerous…

Want to know what else is dangerously addicting? Have you been to the Yummly site, or better yet, downloaded their app? If you read this blog regularly, you know I’m a Pinterest addict, and Yummly is like Pinterest with only food. I’ve been using it for a bit now, and I have to say, scrolling through my feed is seriously addicting.

Anyway, if you haven’t tried it, you should. You can save recipes by clicking the yum button (I put a nice convenient one at the top of this page for you). They get saved to your profile, very much like Pinterest, but I love that they come with nutritional facts on the recipe card. Cool, right? So if you want to find out about the nutritional facts for any of the recipes on Homan at Home, you can just go directly to our Yummly profile, click on the recipe card, and check it out!
