You'll need whole green chiles, grated cheese, eggs, milk, and flour.

Start by draining your chiles. Then, cut them open and remove the seeds.

Lay 1/2 the green chiles in a single layer in the bottom of a casserole dish.

Layer 1/2 the cheese over the top of the chiles.

Time for chile layer 2! Use the remaining chiles to make an even layer over the cheese.

Spread the remaining cheese over the top of the chiles.

Separate the eggs and beat the whites into stiff peaks.

Whisk the yolks, milk, and flour together. Then, fold in the white to create a fluffy egg mixture!

Spread the egg mixture evenly over the cheese and chiles. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
