How much flour/cornstarch do I add to this recipe to be able to roll it into a log, refrigerate, and slice?

In reply to Deb Griswold. Vanilla extract is a source of flavor, and it is often used in cookies. In this case, I find vanilla fights the Jello flavor, so I left it out. I'm not sure about a sin, though!

I can’t rate them until I make them this weekend.
Although, I do have a question. Isn’t it a sin , or against some law NOT to put some vanilla extract in the cookies? I’m not very experienced in baking so I wasn’t sure.
