Stickiness usually means they didn’t quite set up. A few options to try:
• leave them (covered) in the fridge overnight
•increase the amount of Jello or unflavored gelatine by 1 tbsp
• bring the mixture to a boil before pouring it into the mold.
I’d start with leaving them in the fridge overnight and see if that helps!

Nope! They’re shelf stable (but I would definitely recommend putting them in an airtight container).
