Classic Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
If you’re in the market for a classic pumpkin cookie recipe, then you’re in the right place. When the weather turns cool, this is one of the recipes I reach for straight off the bat. These cookies are a simple recipe I’ve been making for years, so I was sort of surprised to realize that I’d never put them on here. Fixing that now, I guess!
And you do want this recipe – it’s easy, and the results are everything your little fall-happy heart could want. Looks-wise, they’re pretty unassuming, but the taste! The pumpkin spice flavor is balanced with the sweetness of the cookies and the richness of the chocolate. We pretty much eat them all the same day they’re made.
