I’ve never tried these ones baked as is. I would think they’d be too flat without the egg. If you’re looking for some good recipes, you might try this list: http://www.egglesscooking.com/eggless-baking-recipes/eggless-cookies/. This lady has tested all of them and says they turn out great!
